Adult Stretch 
N Feel Good

This is a great class to relax and learn how to properly stretch your muscles. We focus on the safety of stretching and prioritizing goals and concerns. This class has the potential to improve chronic pain, muscle tightness, and improve range of motion in your joints. We take time at the end of class to focus on being mindful and meditating.

Adult Hip-Hop N Yoga

This unique class is like no other! We incorporate the style of hip-hop and mix it with yoga. This is a fun class that helps improve flexibility as well as having a fun cardio workout! It is an up-beat class with high energy!

Adult Beginner 
Hip-Hop

This class is great for individuals who are beginners. It’s a class where you learn to let lose and we focus on musicality in music. We incorporate different styles of Hip-hop, and teach simple choreography.

Adult Contemporary N Flow
 (All Levels)

This class is great for anyone who would like to try a contemporary class, no experience is needed! It is an all levels class where we focus on how movement feels with the body connecting the movement to emotion.

Adult
 Beginner Heels

This class is great for gaining confidence in heels! We start the class with focusing on walking in heels, then we slowly introduce simple choreography, and focusing on balance and feeling confident and sexy when dancing!

Adult Advance/
Intermediate
Hip-Hop

This class is great for Hip-Hop dancers with experience! Choreography is taught quickly, and we focus on musicality. This class is such a vibe!

The class schedule varies week by week, we post our weekly schedule the weekend before each week! Drop-ins are welcome, however please register at least 48 hours before the day of class, to allow us time to prepare for the amount of clients coming to class! We look forward to dancing with you!
